THE BUILDING
Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), The Spiral is a 66-story skyscraper that features a cascading series of landscaped terraces in a stepped design around its exterior. Its form takes inspiration from classic Manhattan skyscrapers as it tapers vertically with green spaces circling from base to top.
